Y Conference 2025
Y is a Christian conference for young people aged 18 to those in their 30s, run on the King’s Birthday long weekend at Mount Tamborine. As a part of the Queensland Christian Convention Association (QCCA), Y is led by a volunteer group of committed
Christians from various churches across South-East Queensland. The purpose is for young people to hear the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ from the scriptures and build community with Christians across Queensland.
For Y 2025, the main speaker is Rory Shiner. Rory is the Senior Pastor of Providence City Church in Perth and is the Chair of The Gospel Coalition Australia Council. The theme centres around being “One with Christ”. Union with Christ is the powerhouse of the New Testament and is the most powerful expression of how Jesus has saved us, given us a new identity and a new hope. Alongside the main speaker, Y runs elective topics over the weekend, touching on in-depth and relevant topics to our young adult Christians.
There are numerous attendance options for all needs, with whole weekend or day passes and options to stay on site in cabins or camping, or to stay off-site. Prices for Y range. The standard registration for the entire weekend with accommodation and meals is $275; prices for other Y registration options decrease from there.
